Pelatihan Aparatur Sipil Negara: Sebuah Studi Bibliometric

Pelatihan merupakan hak bagi aparatur sipil negara (ASN). Manfaat pelatihan tidak hanya untuk pengembangan diri ASN, tetapi juga peningkatan kinerja individu dan organisasi. Namun, masih terdapat permasalahan baik dari sisi kebijakan maupun implementasi program pelatihan. Berbagai penelitian lapangan dilakukan terkait pelatihan bagi ASN, namun belum ada secara spesifik tentang pelatihan bagi ASN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren penelitian, penulis, artikel, dan negara yang paling berpengaruh, dan analisis keyword. Studi ini menggunakan bibliometrik dalam kurun waktu sepuluh tahun dengan data yang ditarik dari scopus, analisis menggunakan vosviewer dan excel. Hasil analisis dari vosviewer menunjukkan bahwa United Kingdom merupakan negara paling berpengaruh dari sisi jumlah sitasi dan jumlah publikasi. Penulis paling berpengaruh adalah mäder p., rzanny m., seeland m., wäldchen j., mereka menulis artikel “Automated Plant Species Identification—Trends And Future Directions” yang juga merupakan artikel paling berpengaruh. Selama sepuluh tahun, kata kunci yang banyak digunakan terkait pelatihan dengan pelayanan publik, beberapa penelitian terkait pengukuran kinerja pasca pelatihan. Sedangkan penelitian yang berkaitan dengan etika, gender atau perbedaan jenis kelamin, dan e-learning masih belum banyak dilakukan dan menjadi peluang novelty di masa yang akan datang.
